The Priory employs specialist staff suitably qualified for the role they are designated to carry out. In-house training ensures we are compliant with and up to date with legislation.
Care staff undertake Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) vocational training and compliant with current regulations. As a dementia friendly care setting, we have our team trained in this particular field of knowledge.
The Priory Care Home Staff
As a registered care setting, we have waking staff on duty twenty-four hours a day and a full complement of supporting role staff. We believe in our team taking on specific roles and not being allocated tasks in other departments.
We operate a laundry system within the home. We also have a dedicated hairdressing facility and chiropody service.
Our restaurant has an Environmental Health five star rating award. We employ a team of qualified chef’s and offer nutritional meals created in association with our service users and with assistance from the Local Health Board.
